Because our items are custom embroidered, we do not offer refunds. We exchange if necessary the size of an item, if done in a timely basis (within two weeks of receiving the order). We will also give a store credit. ALL SALEITEM ARE NOT EXCHANGABE OR REFUNDABLE.
